TOKYO, Japan - Costume role players from China, Malaysia, Mexico and the Netherlands meet with State Foreign Secretary Chiaki Takahashi (L) at the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo on Aug. 3, 2011. The ''cosplayers'' will attend the World Cosplay Summit 2011 in Nagoya on Aug. 6 to 7.
